Whether or not you’re home during your cleaning appointment is completely up to you. When you book with Murphy Cleaning Co, you’ll be prompted to provide clear entry instructions. If you have a doorman, building access, or a safe spot to hide a key, there’s no need to be present. You’re also more than welcome to stay during the clean if you prefer — just please follow social distancing guidelines. Whatever makes you most comfortable works best for us.

In the unlikely event that something is damaged during a cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours of the completed appointment by email so we can address it right away.

No. Our cleaners arrive with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your service, including EPA-registered disinfectants, vacuums, mops, buckets, toilet brushes, step stools, and suitable cleaning products for different surfaces.

If you have a specific product you would prefer us to use, simply leave it somewhere visible and provide any necessary instructions.

That is not a problem. Our cleaners bring their own mops, buckets, vacuums, and other essential equipment, so you do not need to provide anything for the cleaning appointment.

Absolutely! When booking your appointment online, you'll have the opportunity to leave any notes or special instructions for our team. We do our best to accommodate all requests—if anything needs clarification or falls outside our scope, we'll be in touch to discuss next steps.
